Yeugenia K. Samardin, ESQ.
Yeugenia K. Samardin graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law with magna cum laude honors and an induction in the Order of the Coif (an honorary legal scholastic society) . Ms. Samardin completed a clerkship for the Honorable Donald G. Collester Jr., of the New Jersey Appellate Division.
Before founding the Samardin Law Office, Ms. Samardin was a litigation associate with a large prestigious international law firm.
Ms. Samardin has experience appearing before both trial and appellate level courts. She has also served as a mediator in the special civil division of the New Jersey Superior Court.
Ms. Samardin has dealt with a variety of legal matters, including: assisting victims of domestic violence in securing final restraining orders against their abusers, insurance coverage litigation, prosecution and defense of personal injury cases among other areas.
Yeugenia K. Samardin is a native Russian speaker and is a third generation Doctor of Jurisprudence.
She is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey, which affords representation to clients in both jurisdictions.
